We are moving to a different office location in Millicent

We are relocating into a great office space within the new home of the Millicent Veterinary Clinic at 62 Mount Gambier Road.

Sarah and Sean McGrath have relocated their thriving Vet Clinic into the former Landmark building and we are pleased to be able to meet our Millicent clients in this location from our next visit on Tuesday 7 th May onwards .

To some it may seem weird an Accountant locating within a Vet Clinic - we see it as making sense - a significant number of our clients are rural based businesses who live and work with animals.

This new location has excellent parking and the Vet Clinic is open five and half days a week, if you need to drop off or collect any paperwork.

Sarah and Sean are having an  Official Opening  on Friday 3 rd   May, and they have extended an invitation to our clients.  I will be attending the official opening along with Kirsty Grady   from 5.15pm,   and we would love to show you our new office and share in the McGrath's hospitality.

Lastly we would like to acknowledge and thank Felicity Gilbertson at the Richard Ray offices for hosting Murray Nankivell and our clients for the last two years.

Australians love property and the lure of a 15% preferential tax rate on income during the accumulation phase, and potentially no tax during retirement, is a strong incentive for many SMSF trustees to dream of large returns from property development.
