Annual Farmers Day Ambrose
The Farmers Day Golf Tournament was held on Friday, 20 February 2026, bringing together golfers, local businesses, and the community to celebrate our agricultural industry while supporting vital causes.
This year, the Murray Nankivell team—Ryan Cameron, Tim Mason, Jon Mock, and Lucy Keam—played with great enthusiasm and skill, finishing an impressive 3rd out of 58 teams. The day was blessed with clear skies, bright sunshine, and perfectly maintained greens despite the height of summer, making for an enjoyable and safe day on the course.
As a proud longstanding sponsor, Murray Nankivell has marked hole 17 for several years, adding a fun and competitive element to the tournament. Our team’s photo by the hole 17 sign captures the spirit of the day—cheerful, energetic, and proud of their achievement. Thankfully, no one left with sunburn!
The Farmers Day Ambrose continues to highlight the importance of local agriculture and raises funds for essential community services. We congratulate the organisers and all participants on another successful, memorable event.
